Role and Responsibilities:
The Solutions Architect (Technical) will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-native applications in a real-time enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have a full-stack development background and be able to design multi-application cross-functional solutions. Key responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with business stakeholders to understand business drivers and strategy
  • Designing technical solutions using industry standards, patterns, and best practices
  • Leading application modernization and rationalization initiatives
  • Analyzing the current technology environment and recommending solutions for improvement
  • Building solution plans and roadmaps
  • Supporting integration design, validation, test, and execution
  • Participating in presales engagements
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers, service providers, vendors, and partners
  • Collaborating with peers to establish best practices and methodologies
  • Staying current on emerging technologies and conducting research to support business needs
Candidate Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have an Engineering Graduate or Master's in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. Additionally, they should have:
  • At least 15 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Experience with solution architecture, software architecture, and Cloud Native technologies
  • Strong knowledge of Microservices, Docker/Containers, DevOps, and Agile development
  • Experience with modern software engineering methodologies and architecture patterns
  • Proven track record with application modernization and rationalization
  • Experience with legacy system assessments and migration to microservices
  • Hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure and project delivery methodologies
  • Expertise in Java, REST, microservices, and containers
  • Strong understanding of security technologies and compliance standards
  • Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills
