Printer Technician

We are hiring for the Canon Division of Marikar Group, a premium channel partner delivering advanced printer and scanner solutions across Kerala and Tamil Nadu.

Job Purpose:

The Printer Technician cum Sales Executive is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing Canon printers and scanners while simultaneously driving sales and providing solutions to customers. This dual role demands a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal sales skills.​

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain Canon printers and scanners at client sites and offices.​
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for printers and imaging devices.​
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance.​
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and training to customers and end-users.​
• Track and manage service calls, maintenance logs, and inventory of parts and supplies.​
• Promote Canon products and solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and explain technical features to potential customers.​
• Identify sales opportunities, initiate contact, and build relationships with new and existing clients.​
• Achieve sales targets for printers, scanners, and related consumables.​
• Prepare and deliver quotations and proposals tailored to customer requirements.​
• Coordinate with internal teams for sales orders, delivery, and technical escalations.​
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Canon's products and industry trends through training and self-learning.​

Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
