We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our client's finance team based in Barmer, Rajasthan. The role involves managing budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and preparation of MIS reports, with a strong focus on financial accuracy, control, and performance tracking.

This position is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working in a dynamic and operationally intensive environment such as Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or EPC.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with project and business objectives.
  • Prepare detailed MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review.
  • Perform variance analysis to identify cost deviations, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Support operational and project teams in financial tracking and performance monitoring.
  • Provide data-driven insights to management for cost control and strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards.
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly financial closings and management presentations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 2–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Oil & Gas, EPC, or large project-based industries.
  • Strong background in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and MIS reporting.
  • Excellent command of MS Excel and familiarity with ERP/accounting systems.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process discipline.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and site-based teams.
