Job Scope:

Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities

Covering multiple HR Activities.

Taking care of Haridwar & Tapukara both the location

Job Responsibility:

Managing a range of HR activities including recruitment and staffing.

  • To assist in employee orientation, training and development.
  • To assist in organization development.
  • To assist in compensation and performance management and improvement systems.
  • To maintain employee relations.
  • May also assist in administration.
  • Statutory compliance viz. PF, LWF & Labour Laws
  • Payroll and Salary Administration
  • Employee Engagements & Welfare Activities
  • Annual Performance Appraisal
  • HR MIS, PMS
  • Plant EHS activities
  • Contract Labor Management

Education:

(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) And (PG - MBA/PGDM - HR/Industrial Relations)

Experience:

5 to 7 yrs.
