Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician located in Mangaluru. The IT Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT systems, and delivering excellent customer service. The role includes training staff on system functionalities and ensuring smooth IT operations within the organization.
