Dataplay is expanding rapidly and we are looking for a
dynamic, travel-ready, relationship-driven HR professional
who can represent our brand across universities and companies.

This is a
multi-functional HR + Partnerships + Marketing role
for someone who enjoys meeting people, building networks, and driving outcomes.

Key Responsibilities University Relations & Tie-Ups

  • Visit colleges and universities across regions
  • Build strong relationships with faculty, training & placement officers (TPOs)
  • Conduct seminars, workshops, and student engagement drives
  • Represent Dataplay in campus events, fests, and orientations

Company Partnerships & Placement Coordination

  • Connect with companies for placement tie-ups
  • Coordinate hiring drives, interviews, and assessments
  • Understand industry requirements and map them to Dataplay programs
  • Maintain placement pipeline and student tracking

HR Responsibilities

  • Conduct interviews & onboarding for Dataplay roles
  • Maintain student progress, attendance, and feedback
  • Coordinate with trainers, mentors, and internal teams

Marketing & Brand Promotion

  • Manage on-ground and digital marketing activities
  • Promote programs in colleges (Data Science / Web Dev / GenAI)
  • Coordinate with design & marketing team for campaigns
  • Build awareness during visits and events

  • Good negotiation, networking and relationship-building ability
  • Confident, energetic, and well-organized
  • Preferably having 2-wheeler / willing to travel
  • Basic understanding of HR / marketing / training workflow (preferred, not mandatory)
