As a People Engineering management lead, you'll play pivotal role in designing & implementing engineering solutions focuses on automation, efficiency, resiliency. You will partner with senior management leads, stake holders, analysts/senior analysts to drive end to end engineering solution implementation.

What you'll do:

Lead People Operations Engineering roadmap planning & solution implementation covering engineering solution around security, cross application services, external workforce management and workflow services.

Identify opportunities to simplify the architecture, framework to drive efficiency leveraging automation via workday features including extend.

Build tools, resources to enable seamless delivery of audit, compliance requirements covering SOX, Risk Management, and Internal/External audits.

Communicate findings clearly-both written and verbal-with a range of partners.

Own your work and take initiatives. We value curiosity and accountability

What you bring:

Strong Experience around Workday first Ecosystem architecture covering HCM, Adaptive Planning and External workforce management.

In-depth hands-on experience around configuration, security architecture, business process flows, extend and process automation.

A keen eye for detail and confidence in raising issues or insights.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with global teams and manage deadlines across time zones.

A proactive mindset-you enjoy learning and improving how things work.

Workday Certification in Security or HCM or Extend or Integration.
