The platform consists of modular, multi- tenant services, making it easy and fast to do things like introduce new products, reach customers, and track orders. Cimpress Open has significant growth opportunities as it establishes a presence with digital design software partners and established ecommerce marketplace platforms.

About the role :

Were on the hunt for a Data & Analytics Specialist who thrives in a startup mentality environment but can also navigate dependencies on central tech teams and shared data structures like a pro. Youll report directly to our Head of Product, collaborate with leaders across Product, Engineering, Operations, Channels, and Delivery, and roll up your sleeves to make data our not-so-secret weapon. Were on a mission to become a truly data-driven team and we need your help to make that a reality every single day.

What you will do :

- Help our full organization make smarter calls using timely, accurate, and relevant data.

- Spot opportunities where a better use of data can deliver real business impact.

- Define success metrics, clarify questions, and ensure everyones looking at the right numbers.

- Translate data into actionable insights and actions for key stakeholders.

- Design and deliver the data tools, pipelines, and analytics we need to win.

- Collaborate with engineering, data, and platform teams to make sure our solutions work now and scale later.

- Apply (and keep learning) best practices in reporting, analytics, statistics, and machine learning.

- Partner with central tech and data platform teams to leverage and extend existing systems.

- Work hand-in-hand with Product, Engineering, Channel, Operations, Delivery, and GM teams to turn business needs into technical solutions.

- Build a culture where data isnt an afterthought its the starting point.

- Optimize business processes using data-driven insights.

- Design dashboards and reports that result in improving decisions and actions

- Champion high data quality, integrity, consistency, and accessibility.

- Push back (politely, but firmly) when conclusions arent supported by the evidence.

Your Qualifications :

- Experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science, with exposure to full lifecycle projects.

- Solid grounding in reporting/analytics, statistics, and machine learning and curiosity to go deeper.

- Proven ability to connect the dots between data insights and business realities.

- Hands-on SQL skills and experience with BI tools (e.g., Looker, Snowflake, etc).

- Bonus points if youve worked in e-commerce, custom print, or large-scale marketplaces like Amazon, and know your way around complex supply chains, personalization, and multi-channel sales.

- Strong communication skills and the will to say, The data says otherwise.

Nice to have :

- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, A/B testing).

- Experience working with big data technologies like Spark, Hadoop, or Snowflake.

- Ability to design and optimize ETL pipelines for efficient data processing.
