Key responsibilities

• Sales management:

  Drive the sale of life insurance products within bank branches and achieve sales targets.

• Relationship management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and key stakeholders to foster a strong partnership.

• Training and development:

  Conduct product presentations and training sessions for bank employees to ensure they understand and can sell the insurance products effectively.

• Strategy and execution:

  Develop and implement sales strategies to increase penetration and meet business objectives.

• Performance analysis:

  Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.

• Compliance:

  Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory standards and company policies.
