We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our digital printing team. The designer will be responsible for creating, editing, and preparing print-ready designs for DTF, sublimation, and heat-transfer printing. A key part of this role is to recheck and verify all artwork files before sending them to production to ensure accuracy in colour, sizing, and alignment on various printing machines.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign Creation & Editing

  • Develop print-ready artwork for apparel, packaging, and promotional materials.
  • Edit, resize, and format designs according to product templates and machine requirements.
  • Maintain brand consistency and creativity across all printed materials.

Pre-Print Quality Check (Critical Role)

  • Recheck every design file before it goes to DTF or Sublimation machines.
  • Ensure correct colour codes, print size, alignment, bleed area, and resolution.
  • Verify that the print layout matches the fabric, film, or material specifications.
  • Approve final artwork after matching with production mockups or test prints.
  • Coordinate with the production manager to prevent print errors and wastage.

Coordination & Communication

  • Work closely with production operators to ensure seamless file transfer and setup.
  • Support sales and marketing teams with product visuals and mockups.
  • Maintain design archives and ensure proper naming, version control, and storage.

Technical Expertise

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.
  • Familiarity with DTF and Sublimation printing processes preferred.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in a printing or apparel design environment.
  • Strong sense of colour accuracy, attention to detail, and quality assurance.

  • Creative design ability with a technical understanding of printing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Accuracy of print files sent for production.

Salary Range

₹25,000 – ₹45,000 per month (depending on experience and skill)

  • Performance incentives as per company policy

A month of training will be provided after the interview and selection.
