KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-
Develop best practices for how a workspace should function.
Manage the upkeeping of equipment, supplies, and all installations (telecommunications, Wi-Fi, heat, ventilation, air conditioning, electricity etc).
Plan the best allocation and utilisation of space and resources for new buildings, equipment or re-organising of current premises.
Conduct inspections, managing repairs and renovations, coordinating with outside vendors, and assisting with event planning and execution.
Ensuring that facilities meet company, environmental, health and security standards.
Dealing with emergency issues that arise like first-aid, hazards etc.PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
  • He / She should be disciplined
  • Familiar with electrical mechanical material.
  • Good written and oral English
