  • Maintain IT asset records (laptops, desktops, servers, network devices).
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies and safeguard company data.
  • Monitor CCTV, biometric systems, and access control devices.
  • Vendor & Coordination
  • Coordinate with external vendors for hardware/software procurement and AMC.
  • Liaise with ERP/Software support teams for system enhancements and troubleshooting.

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux OS, Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), and cloud services.
  • Hands-on experience in IT hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Basic knowledge of ERP/Tally software handling (preferred for manufacturing setup).
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and support multiple departments.
