If you have ambitions in Property Asset Management, join us and be inspired by the best. You'll work as an Assistant Engineering Manager, reporting into the Property Manager. In this varied role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:The Assistant Managers primary responsibility is to oversee the efficient operation of all building systems. Responsible for protecting and improving the value of the Owners or Clients asset, and ensuring that the facility and building systems meet or exceed their rated life. Focusing on building operations reactive and preventive maintenance, small project execution, energy management, engineering staff supervision, training, subcontractor supervision, and budget control. Ensure the availability of an adequate operating inventory of tools and supplies including developing sources for stock materials. Assist the Property Manager in the delivery of services to operate and maintain the property including customer/client services, financial management, facility maintenance, procurement, and supplier management. Track the AMC/Warranty/Defect Liability Period of all systems - DG, BMS, CCTV, WTP, STP, Fire Safety System, contracts, maintenance calls, etc. Identify safety hazards within the property and incorporate the remediation of such hazards to ensure that the buildings staff and engineers work in a safe environment. Responsible for emergency situations (i.e. fire, evacuation, equipment failure, etc.). Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, government agency and company directives related to property operations. Maintain engineering reports. Sound like the job youre looking for? A working knowledge of any major vertical industry will also be very helpful. An eye for detailYoull have an eye for detail and an ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate this into strategic deliverables. Great organisational skillsYoull have great time management and organizational skills and be good at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced work environment and adapting to your teams or clients changing requirements.
