Job Role:

We are looking for a skilled and dynamic Sales Trainer to deliver targeted training programs for newly hired agents in the sales and collections departments. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs designed to equip new agents with essential sales skills, communication, effective techniques, and product knowledge.

Job Description / Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:

01) Conduct engaging and structured training sessions for new sales and collections agents.

02) Provide training content to cover essential sales methodologies, product details, and collection strategies.

03) Monitor trainee development and provide ongoing coaching and support.

04) Create a supportive and positive learning environment that encourages new team members to learn.

05) Assist to develop and update training materials focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and collections processes.

Key Skills Required:

01) Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree

02) Work Experience: Proven experience of minimum 1 year in a training role in a BPO organization.

03) Previous experience in Collections/Insurance/outbound sales experience is highly desirable.

04) Notice Period: Candidates who are available to start soon will be considered favorably.
