Debt Collector

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact debtors by phone, email, or other communication channels to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans or settlements that are feasible and in line with company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of communications and payment agreements in the system.
• Follow up regularly on overdue accounts to ensure timely payments.
• Handle difficult conversations with confidence and professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Ensure compliance with company protocols and legal regulations during all communications.
• Coordinate with team members and management to meet monthly collection targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities for effective interaction with clients.
• Freshers Preferred: We are looking for enthusiastic individuals willing to be trained in debt collection practices.
• Negotiation Skills: Ability to confidently negotiate repayment plans and settlements with customers.
• Email Proficiency: Strong skills in drafting and responding to emails professionally.
• Confidence and Smart Decision-Making: Ability to handle challenging conversations and find smart solutions under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
