Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Business Partner to support SEA area Managed by Maersk (MBM) product teams. This role will serve as a key strategic finance partner to the SEA MBM product providing insightful analysis, financial guidance, and decision support to drive operational efficiency and business growth.

This role requires a strong blend of financial expertise and business acumen to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and add value to the product team.

Key Accountabilities

• Act as the primary finance partner for the SEA Area MBM product , providing analysis and giving financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.

• Collaborate with product leaders to identify and prioritize key financial and operational drivers, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

• Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting teams including FinOps, CX, Finance controllers, Operations, and Sales, to ensure strategic and operational alignment.

• Develop and present financial and data models, forecasts, and scenario analyses to support long-term planning and investment decisions.

• Monitor and analyze financial performance against budgets, forecasts, and KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.

• Proactively seek opportunities to provide insights, run simulations, gain business knowledge to explain movements in financials, incl. acting as a reliable partner to regional stakeholders

• Act as a sparring partner with Product stakeholders to improve financial performance and ensure long-term growth

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master in finance (CA/ MBA-finance)

• 8+ years of experience in finance and analysis

• Experience of financial modelling and forecasting

• Good communication and stakeholder influencing skills

• Working proficiency on tools such as Microsoft Excel, MiniTab, SAP-BI/BW, Power BI
