About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative
3D Motion Graphic Designer
to join our visual content team. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in creating high-impact, visually immersive content—particularly anamorphic and experiential visual designs—for corporate events, product launches, and large-format displays.

You will play a key role in transforming event concepts into engaging 2D/3D visuals that captivate audiences and align with brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

3D Motion Design & Animation:

  • Develop stunning 3D motion graphics for event content (stage backdrops, anamorphic illusions, product reveals, virtual environments).
  • Design and animate 3D assets, environments, and simulations with attention to realism, scale, and impact.

2D Motion Graphics & Compositing:

  • Create high-quality 2D motion graphics, typography, and infographics.
  • Composite 3D renders with 2D elements to deliver a polished final output.

Anamorphic Content Creation:

  • Design anamorphic visuals tailored for LED walls, stage setups etc that create depth illusions.
  • Collaborate with producers and technical teams to ensure content works seamlessly with stage geometry and camera angles.

Collaboration & Conceptualization:

  • Work closely with Creative Directors, Producers, and Client Servicing teams to translate client briefs into visually striking motion graphics.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative visual ideas for immersive event storytelling.

Project Management & Delivery:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Optimize render pipelines for quick iterations and final delivery.

Key Skills & Requirements

Technical Skills:

  • Expert proficiency in
    Blender
    (modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, animation).
  • Advanced knowledge of
    Adobe After Effects
    (2D motion graphics, compositing, animation).
  • Familiarity with Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.

Professional Experience:

  • 4–6 years of experience in motion graphics (preferably in event/visual content industry).
  • A strong showreel demonstrating 3D + 2D motion graphics for large-format or event-based content.
