Job Description Position Overview: NAO and Hooli is seeking an organized and detail-oriented

Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, a passion for numbers, and the ability to manage financial tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Management: Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Invoice Handling: Prepare, issue, and manage invoices, ensuring timely follow-ups on payments and addressing any discrepancies with clients or vendors.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, providing insights and analysis as required.
  • Tax and Compliance: Support in tax filings, audits, and ensuring adherence to statutory requirements.
  • Reconciliation: Perform bank and account reconciliations to monitor cash flow and address any inconsistencies.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to manage budgets, control expenses, and provide financial insights to aid decision-making.

Qualifications: Education:

  • Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Candidates with certifications such as CA Inter, ICWA, or relevant accounting courses will have an advantage.

Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or financial management is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong academic records and a willingness to learn are welcome.

Skills:

  • Proficient in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances is a plus.
