About Us:

Metastic World Gaming is a modern gaming cafe offering high-end experiences with PC Gaming, PS5, and Virtual Reality setups. We are looking for a smart, confident, and responsible individual who can manage front-desk operations, supervise staff, ensure smooth customer experiences, and help generate leads for our innovative Keyless Check-in SaaS used by Airbnb.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise day-to-day café operations from the reception desk.
• Monitor other staff to ensure cleanliness, customer handling, and operations are done perfectly.
• Handle billing, cash management, and customer queries efficiently.
• Explain and promote different gaming experiences and packages to visitors.
• Maintain a professional, energetic, and gaming-friendly environment.
• Communicate clearly with customers in both Hindi and English.
• During free hours, generate leads for our Keyless Check-in SaaS solution by contacting Airbnb hosts listed in provided sheets.
• (Full training will be provided on how to pitch the product and record leads.)
• Share daily updates on café sales, customer feedback, and SaaS lead progress with management.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, customer service, sales, or supervisory roles.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, billing software, CRM).
• Presentable personality with leadership and multitasking ability.
• Interest or knowledge in gaming and technology preferred.
• Sales or marketing experience will be an added advantage.
