Key responsibilities include performing routine cleaning duties, managing supplies, reporting maintenance issues, and adhering to health and safety standards to create a healthy and welcoming workspace. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning and Sanitizing:Dusting and wiping surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, and cleaning windows and mirrors.
  • Waste Management:Collecting and properly disposing of trash and recycling from office areas.
  • Supply Management:Monitoring and restocking essential supplies, such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels in restrooms.
  • Maintenance Reporting:Notifying management or the maintenance department of any required repairs or issues, such as damaged furniture, broken fixtures, or spills.
  • Equipment Maintenance:Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly stored, maintained, and in good working order.
  • Safety and Compliance:Adhering to all established health and safety protocols, including the proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • General Upkeep:Maintaining the tidiness and orderliness of communal areas, such as lobbies and break rooms.

  • Attention to Detail: The ability to notice and address cleanliness issues effectively.
  • Physical Stamina: Capable of performing tasks that require physical effort, such as lifting and moving equipment.
