Position: Onsite Psychologist

Date of Engagement: 8th September 2025

Duration: One Day (7–8 hours)

Timings: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Locations: Multiple (State Offices – specific locations to be assigned)

Compensation: (based on experience)

Travel: Reimbursed (Home to State Office and back)

About the Role:

We are seeking qualified and experienced Psychologists for a one-day onsite engagement across multiple state offices. The role involves conducting in-person psychological support sessions and interactive mental wellness activities as part of a larger employee well-being initiative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct onsite psychological wellness sessions, workshops, or one-on-one consultations as per the planned agenda.
• Provide mental health support, guidance, and counseling in a professional and confidential manner.
• Engage employees through interactive activities promoting mental health awareness.
• Report observations and session feedback post-engagement (simple report format will be provided).
• Collaborate with onsite coordinators and other stakeholders during the event.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in psychology or mental health, preferably with experience in conducting onsite/wellness events.
• Educational Background: Master's Degree (or higher) in Psychology or related field.
• Fluency in local language(s) of the assigned location is mandatory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Registered/licensed practitioner (preferred but not mandatory if experienced).
• Ability to travel to the assigned state office (travel reimbursement will be provided).

• Timing: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM (includes short breaks)
• Date: 8th September 2025
• Location: To be assigned (based on proximity/language preference)
• Travel: Reimbursed based on actual expenses (to and from home to the State Office)
