  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and systems.

  • Conduct inspections and tests on materials, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

  • Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards.

  • Prepare and maintain documentation such as Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and Quality Reports.

  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

  • Perform root cause analysis of defects and recommend corrective and preventive actions.

  • Monitor site activities and ensure workmanship complies with approved quality standards.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors during audits or inspections.

  • Ensure calibration and maintenance of all quality-related tools and equipment.

  • Support internal and external audits and lead the implementation of corrective actions.
