Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven SEO Executive to manage and enhance our company's organic search performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both on-page and off-page SEO, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of search engine algorithms. You will play a key role in driving website traffic, improving search visibility, and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Perform comprehensive on-page SEO optimization including meta tags, content, internal linking, and site structure.
  • Execute off-page SEO activities such as link-building, guest posting, influencer outreach, and directory submissions.
  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl, indexing, or speed issues.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all digital assets.
  • Track and report key SEO KPIs (traffic, rankings, conversions, bounce rate, etc.) to management.
  • Stay up to date with search engine algorithm updates, SEO trends, and competitor activities.
  • Optimize for local SEO and voice search when relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience as an SEO Executive or SEO Specialist.
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and technical SEO.
  • Expertise in using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, Ubersuggest, and Google Analytics/Search Console.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms (especially WordPress).
  • Experience with content optimization, link-building, and keyword strategy.
  • Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with e-commerce SEO or multi-location websites.
  • Knowledge of schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and page speed optimization.
  • Certification in Google Analytics, HubSpot SEO, or Advanced SEO techniques.
