Reporting Analyst
for our customer experience team.

How can you make an impact?
As our new Senior Reporting Analyst, you are responsible for leading the development, maintenance, and delivery of advanced data reporting and performance metrics across multiple departments within the Customer Experience organization. This role requires a high level of expertise in data manipulation, report automation, and process improvement, ensuring consistency, security, and accessibility of reporting structures. You will also serve as a key advisor on analytical strategies and reporting enhancements

  • This role requires working 6:30 PM - 3:00 AM IST, with flexibility to adjust to 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM IST during U.S. daylight savings time.
  • This is a remote opportunity, but the ideal candidates should reside within Noida/Greater Noida/Delhi location.

A typical day might include:

  • Lead and prioritize work assignments provided by leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Oversee daily reporting assignments, delivering high-quality data insights to various end users throughout Customer Experience Team.
  • Manage and fulfill complex ad hoc data requests from multiple departments, utilizing tools such as Oracle, Salesforce, Tableau, Verizon Contact Center, InContact, InView, SharePoint, NICE IEX, and SQL.
  • Develop, automate, and optimize reporting processes to support current and future business needs.
  • Participate and contribute to daily and weekly meetings, providing strategic insights and updates.
  • Analyze existing processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend advanced improvements to enhance reporting workflows.
  • Collaborate with business partners to communicate project statuses and results effectively.

You should apply if:

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of supplying and creating data analytics in a multi-channel contact center environment
  • Strong experience in Tableau and Alteryx.
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Excel including expertise in formulas and data manipulation.
  • Strong knowledge of Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) technology.
  • Advanced Salesforce data manipulation and reporting capabilities.
