Assistant Quality Assurance Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Testing and Analysis:
  
  Conduct chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using instruments like HPLC, GC, UV, and IR.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  
  Maintain accurate records, approve documentation like SOPs and batch records, and ensure all activities comply with regulatory standards such as cGMP.
• Quality Monitoring:
  
  Oversee quality checkpoints throughout the manufacturing and packaging processes, including line clearance and in-process checks.
• Deviation and CAPA Management:
  
  Investigate deviations, perform root cause analysis, and develop or implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to prevent recurrence.
• Audits and Inspections:
  
  Participate in internal and external audits, manage customer audits, and assist in responding to audit findings.
• Process Improvement:
  
  Collaborate with other departments to improve product quality, resolve issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Training:
  
  Provide training to production staff on quality standards, GMP, and other relevant procedures.
• Change Control:
  
  Manage the change control process, assessing the impact of any proposed changes and tracking their implementation

Preferred candidate profile

MSC degree with Speciality chemicals is must.
