JOBDESCRIPTION – CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVEFinovest Group is seeking a dynamic andcustomer -focused Client Relationship Executive to join our growingteam. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and convincingskills, along with sound knowledge of financial products such as RecurringDeposits (RDs), Fixed Deposits (FDs), Gold Loans, and related services. Thisrole involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients,understanding their financial needs, and providing suitable productrecommendations. RequirementsDevelop and maintain strong relationships withnew and existing clients.Clearly explain financial products (FD, RD, GoldLoans, etc.) and services to clients.Identify customer needs and provide tailoredfinancial solutions.Achieve sales targets for assigned financialproducts.Handle client queries professionally and resolveissues promptly. Conduct follow -ups to ensure customersatisfaction and repeat business.Maintain accurate client records and preparedaily/weekly reports.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smoothonboarding and service delivery.
