About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Social Media Manager to lead our social media projects for multiple clients, primarily in the higher education domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing impactful social media strategies, campaigns, and content plans with a strong understanding of the education industry.

You will be responsible for managing brand visibility, engagement, and conversions through innovative and data-driven social media efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Create, plan, and manage high-quality content (text, images, videos) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Strategize, execute, and monitor social media campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and deliver measurable results.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports, identifying key insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Monitor and manage online reputation, responding promptly to customer feedback and reviews.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to maintain consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices, integrating them into ongoing strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 49 years of experience in Social Media Management or related fields.
  • Proven expertise in:
  • Social Media Strategy & Planning
  • Campaign Management & Optimization
  • Social Media Content Creation
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Online Reputation Management (ORM)
  • Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing, Social Media Optimization (SMO), and audience engagement tactics.
  • Prior experience in managing social media for the education industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
