We believe in integrity, efficiency, and excellence in every aspect of our operations. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle day-to-day accounting operations using Tally Prime efficiently.
  • Maintain and update all books of accounts, including ledgers, journals, and bank reconciliations.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings, and coordinate with auditors and consultants.
  • Processing of invoices, purchase orders, debit/credit notes, and expense management.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and stock valuation records in coordination with the sales and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / Inter CA or equivalent.

Experience: Previous experience in accounting is preferable.

  • Strong knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
  • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality in handling financial data.
  • Proactive and reliable, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
