Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of residential and commercial interior design projects.
  • Coordinate with design teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure timely and quality project delivery.
  • Prepare and manage project timelines, budgets, and schedules.
  • Monitor on-site progress and ensure work adheres to approved drawings and quality standards.
  • Handle site visits, measurements, vendor meetings, and regular progress reporting.
  • Resolve any issues or delays that arise during execution.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance with regulations.
  • Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors when required.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, updating them on progress and addressing concerns.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and execution processes
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with design drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications
  • Team leadership and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Trello)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in interior project management
  • PMP certification (optional but preferred)

Preferred Background:

  • Experience managing turnkey interior projects
  • Worked with design-build firms or interior contractors
  • Familiarity with luxury residential or commercial interiors is a plus
