Alfatek services is a NABL (ISO accredited firm engaged in the sales and service of instruments used in the tyre and rubber industries. Alfatek services is based out of Trivandrum, Kerala and has offices in chennai and Mumbai and Delhi. Major clients include Ceat tyres, MRF tyres, Apollo Tyres, Exxon Moile, JK tyres, TVS tyres, Kerala Water Authority, Milma, Forensic Laboratory, to name a few.

We are on the look our for service engineers with hands on experience in handling instruments. Fresh Diploma holders in instrumentation, mechanical or electrical willing to travel and work based out of Mumbai/ Delhi /Chennai would be preferred.

Job Role includes

  1. Service of laboratory instruments (hardness testers, viscometers, tensile testers, ovens etc. ) which includes , electrical wiring, electronic trouble shooting, changing of mechanical parts like bearing etc.

  2. Calibration of thermometers, weighing balances, pressure gauges etc.

  3. installation and trouble shooting of software used in these instruments.

  4. Trouble shooting using remote desktop software and creation of certificates for customers

Appointment and Training

There would be a 6 months training period and the designation would be Trainee Engineer. Extensive on site and office based training would be given for the engineer's from the organization.

Compensation Package

Basic Pay of Rs 20000/- per month would be given.

Monthly gross Earnings (During First year)

Basic Pay /-

Food and sundry allowance (approx

Total Monthly earnings = 21500/-

Complete travel expenses (for on site work) including food, hotel accommodation during travel, conveyance would be given by the organization.

5. Loyalty Bonus

In addition to the salary employee is eligible for loyalty bonus which would be for compensating for the commitment shown by employee towards the organization. In order to be eligible for Loyalty Bonus the employee should sign a service bond to work for the organization for a continuous period of 2 years from the start of Employment. if the employee exits the organization before completion of bond period then employee will not be eligible for Loyalty bonus.

1. Lump sum Rs 7000/- would be paid after completion of 12 months in the organization

2. Lump sum Rs 12000/- would be paid after completion of 24 months in the organization.

Complete travel expenses (for on site work) including food, hotel accommodation during travel, conveyance would be given by the organization.
