Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Assist in designing social media creatives, reels, and short videos (basic Canva knowledge preferred).
  • Write compelling captions, taglines, and hashtags aligned with campaigns.
  • Research latest social media trends in EdTech and skill development.
  • Schedule posts and monitor reach, engagement, and growth metrics.
  • Interact with the online community by replying to comments, messages, and queries.
  • Support the team in running paid campaigns, contests, and promotions.
  • Maintain reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Graduate (minimum) – freshers are welcome.
  • Strong interest in Digital Marketing and Social Media.
  • Basic knowledge of major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset and ability to generate new ideas.
  • Familiarity with Canva or other design tools is an added advantage.
  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi & English
