Title : Design Engineer (Train)

Location: Chennai

Job Requirements

  • Perform modeling and detailing of planetary and countershaft-type transmission components.
  • Review and validate (GD&T, Form fit function.) engineering drawings prior to release.
  • Communicate technical details effectively with process partners on a regular basis.
  • Possess functional knowledge of transmission interfaces, including:
  • Torque Converter
  • Control Valves
  • Cooling Systems
  • Pumps
  • Axle

Work Experience

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong working experience in Creo with Advanced modeling and detailing knowledge of structural and rotating parts.
