We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data analytics, with hands-on experience in Excel, Power BI, and ServiceNow. The role involves transforming and analyzing data, creating impactful dashboards and reports, and driving insights for business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to

extract meaningful insights and trends.

2. Dashboard and Report Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards,

reports, and visualizations in Power BI & ServiceNow to present data in a clear and concise manner.

3. ServiceNow Analytics: Utilize ServiceNow Reporting and Performance analytics to monitor KPIs and business performance.

4. Data Modeling: Create data models and relationships within Power BI to ensure

accurate representation of data and enable efficient analysis.

5. Requirement Gathering: Collaborate and work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights and visualizations.

6. Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to

track business performance and identify areas for improvement.

7. Data Governance: Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing

appropriate data governance practices and protocols.

8. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on how to use developed resources effectively and help interpret the generated reports and dashboards.

9. Stay Updated: Be up to date with the latest advancements in Power BI and data analytics to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry trends.

Skills and qualifications

Technical Skills:

• Advance proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts, macros).
• Strong working knowledge of Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and dashboard creation.
• Experience with ServiceNow Reporting and Performance Analytics.
• Good understanding of the data modelling data structures and visualization best practices.
• SQL knowledge is a plus.

Communication Skills:

• Ability to clearly communicate data insights and technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong Collaboration skills for working with Cross Functional Teams.

Attention to detail:

• High level of accuracy in data handling, report creation and dashboard design
•  Diligence in validating and maintaining data quality across systems

Problem Solving:

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and actionable insights
•  Proactive approach to resolving data related issues and optimizing reports/ dashboards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• Relevant certifications in Power BI, ServiceNow, or analytics tools (a plus)
