Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced
IAM Developer – SailPoint IdentityIQ (L2/L3)
to join our dynamic team on a Contract to Hire model. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of IAM development and support experience. Additional responsibilities for this role include assisting the team in any ad hoc projects or regular operation and maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate security incidents.
  • Develop solutions within SailPoint IIQ represented on the IAM roadmap.
  • Implement improvements to IAM processes based on best practices.
  • Creating, modifying, and disabling user accounts in the organization's identity management system.
  • Granting and revoking user access to systems and applications based on approved policies and procedures.
  • Conducting regular reviews of user access to ensure compliance with security policies and organizational requirements.
  • Identifying and resolving access-related issues and problems.
  • Maintaining up-to-date documentation of IAM policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Assisting with compliance efforts by providing documentation and evidence for audits.
  • Providing support to users on access management policies and procedures, and potentially training them on the IAM system and Security Awareness.
  • Monitoring access logs and auditing access activities to identify potential security risks or violations.
  • Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of emerging trends in IAM technologies and security protocols.

Specific Tasks:

  • Handling incidents and service requests related to access management.
  • Performing infrastructure health checks and system monitoring.
  • Assisting with the implementation of security measures like multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Supporting the update of IAM policies and procedures.
  • Reporting on KPIs and metrics related to IAM.
  • Collaborating with security and IT teams to ensure appropriate access controls.
  • Providing support to the Security team in investigating security incidents related to user access management.
  • Complete development and testing related to IAM project tasks within Jira.

Qualification/Skill set: -

  • Bachelor degree in Business, IT, IS or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in Information Security, IAM

Systems/Frameworks:

· Identify and Access Management best practices

· SailPoint IdentityIQ

· Microsoft Azure

· Microsoft Active Directory

Communication

· Must have strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
