About Us:
Walrus Maintenance Services is a leading [MEP and Civil Work services] company committed to delivering high-quality projects on time and with precision. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee site operations and ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand site requirements and project specifications.
- Prepare BOQ's as per site requirements.
- Handle and manage manpower efficiently on site.
- Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure timely progress.
- Update project manager and clients regularly on work status and any site issues.
- Conduct client meetings during project execution to address concerns and provide updates.
- Communicate effectively with clients via email and other professional channels.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical OR B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in site/project management.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of site operations and project execution.
- Excellent manpower management and coordination skills.
- Effective communication and client handling skills.
- Proficiency in preparing and managing BOQs.
- Ability to drive a 4-wheeler.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
Salary: [Starts from ₹3,60,000/Annum + incentive + Allowances]
