We're seeking a
Lead Product Designer
with deep expertise in crafting thoughtful, intuitive, and elegant
mobile-first user experiences
. This is a unique opportunity to lead the design of features that directly influence how people interact with digital products in their everyday lives — across discovery, engagement, retention, and more.

You'll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and research teams to define scalable, seamless interactions across the mobile ecosystem. If you've spent years designing for mobile-first audiences, understand the nuances of platform conventions (iOS & Android), and know how to push boundaries without breaking expectations — this role is for you.

What You'll Lead

  • Own the full lifecycle of mobile experience design — from user research and wireframing to final visual polish and QA.
  • Define UX strategies tailored to small-screen interactions, content density, and mobile navigation paradigms.
  • Build native-feeling interfaces that respect platform conventions while still pushing creative boundaries.
  • Translate complex product requirements into fast, smooth, and contextually aware mobile journeys.
  • Conduct user interviews, usability testing, and in-field validation specifically for mobile contexts.
  • Optimize performance, accessibility, and responsiveness — working side by side with developers to bring every detail to life.
  • Guide junior designers and contribute to mobile best practices across the design org.

You're Ideal For This Role If You Have

  • 5–7 years of product design experience, with a strong mobile-first portfolio that includes native apps and responsive systems.
  • A deep understanding of mobile UI patterns, accessibility standards, platform guidelines (Material Design, HIG), and gesture-based navigation.
  • Experience designing for low-connectivity, high-traffic, or real-time mobile applications.
  • Familiarity with prototyping and mobile testing tools like Framer, Maze, Play, Marvel, or Figma mobile flows.
  • Strong interaction design skills — transitions, animations, and micro-interactions are not just visual extras to you; they're part of the story.
  • An ability to think clearly about constraints, data, edge cases, and use cases in mobile contexts.
  • An appreciation for performance-driven, user-centered iteration — grounded in usage data and qualitative insight.
