  • Scale, Tune and Optimize Environment.
  • Integrate with Enterprise and Cloud Systems.
  • Administer and Control Platform Security.
  • Support Project Development Lifecycle.
  • Work with Enterprise Architects to Design and Implement Best Practices.
  • Monitor and Troubleshoot.
  • Automate.
  • ETL and Data Integration Development and Testing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Installation & Configuration : Install, configure, and upgrade Informatica IDMC software and environments as per business and technical requirements.
  • User & Access Management : Manage users, groups, roles, and permissions, including authentication and authorization setup.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Diagnose and resolve issues related to Informatica setups, workflows, and integrations. Provide technical guidance to team members.
  • System Maintenance : Perform updates, patches, upgrades, backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
  • Subject Matter Expertise : Act as SME for Informatica products such as Data Quality, Metadata Manager, and Reporting Services.
  • Operational Tasks : Handle patch installations (hotfixes/software), password changes, network updates, service restarts, and bouncing activities as required.
