About the role
As an Analyst at Voiant, you will play a key role in delivering impactful solutions to our clients, contributing to the growth and innovation of the firm. You will leverage your expertise in cloud technologies, business processes, and industry knowledge to support client engagements and internal initiatives. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with consultants and senior team members to contribute to solution design, configuration, and implementation, with a focus on cloud EPM platforms such as Anaplan, Pigment, Varicent, and others.
- Participate in discovery and requirement gathering calls, document and capture client's needs.
- Create and maintain process documentation, dashboards, and analysis reports to support project implementation
- Maintain frequent communication with stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of output through careful review and validation of work.
- Work closely with project teams, participate in training, and develop technical and domain expertise to grow toward client-facing responsibilities.
- Stay current with the technologies we implement by keeping certifications up to date.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Internship or up to 1 year of professional experience in analytics, technology, data or consulting (experience with EPM software such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Varicent is a plus).
- Strong technical aptitude with proficiency in Excel and exposure to SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced consulting environment.
