Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and style-savvy
Fashion Consultant
to join our retail apparel team. The ideal candidate will act as a brand ambassador, providing personalized fashion advice, assisting customers in selecting the right products, and ensuring a superior shopping experience. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and a keen eye for fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, building strong client relationships through a consultative approach.
• Understand customer preferences, body types, and occasions to recommend suitable apparel and styling options.
• Drive sales by promoting new arrivals, seasonal collections, and cross-selling complementary products.
• Maintain a high standard of visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines.
• Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, styling techniques, and competitor offerings.
• Assist customers with alterations, sizing, and product knowledge to ensure a seamless experience.
• Achieve individual and store-level sales targets while delivering exceptional service.
• Maintain customer records for future engagement and follow-ups.
• Handle billing, exchanges, and returns with professionalism.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel/fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and client engagement skills.
• A flair for fashion, styling, and trend awareness.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-first approach.
