Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Golang Lead Developer to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of backend development experience with strong expertise in Golang and proven team leadership experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of developers in delivering high-quality software.
  • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and microservices.
  • Work with Linux environments and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Implement and maintain REST APIs, Docker containers, and Kubernetes orchestration.
  • Manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, and NoSQL systems.
  • Ensure code quality using Git and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Focus on performance tuning, security, and system monitoring.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of backend development experience with strong Golang expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with Linux.
  • Knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL/MySQL/NoSQL, Git, CI/CD.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
