  • Role Overview:

The Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the on-site execution of interior fit-out projects, ensuring that all construction and installation activities align with design plans, quality standards, and project timelines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage day-to-day site operations for interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
  • Apply designs and plans to mark out the site accurately, ensuring proper layout and installation according to specifications.
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with design, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Manage multiple fit-out projects simultaneously, monitoring progress and resolving any technical or operational issues.
  • Oversee installation of interior finishes, fixtures, and fittings, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
  • Prepare and maintain site documentation including progress reports, daily logs, and site records.
  • Ensure site safety protocols are followed strictly by all personnel.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to address any design-related queries or modifications on-site.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including labor, materials, and equipment on site.
  • Skills and Experience:
  • Solid background in site supervision and construction management specific to interior fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and interior finishes.
  • Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings accurately.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with diverse teams on site.

This position is critical in ensuring that interior fit-out projects are executed effectively, meeting design intent, quality standards, and deadlines, thus playing a key role in the successful delivery of interior spaces

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22, ₹25,000.00 per month
