Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR Executive to manage and support a wide range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compliance, payroll coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and close positions within timelines.
  • Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on various platforms.
  • Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth onboarding experience.

2. HR Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Oversee attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination with the accounts team.
  • Draft and manage HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documents.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

3. Employee Engagement & Relations:

  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and activities.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values.

4. Performance Management:

  • Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
  • Track probation confirmations, promotions, and performance review cycles.
  • Support managers in setting KPIs and performance improvement plans.

5. Policy & Compliance:

  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to HR standards and legal requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹35,000.00 per month
