Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Power Sales Executive specializing in Batteries and UPS Systems. This is a full-time, mid-level position based in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 6 years of work experience, demonstrating a strong background in sales and customer relationship management within the power solutions sector.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Relationship Management (Mandatory skill).
  • Proven negotiation skills essential for closing deals and client expansion (Mandatory skill).
  • Capability in sales forecasting to assist in strategic decision-making (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM to manage customer interactions and data efficiently.
  • Ability to execute account development strategies to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong strategic planning skills to enable proactive and effective sales approaches.
  • Proven leadership skills in guiding and motivating sales teams to achieve targets.
  • Conducting thorough market analysis to identify new opportunities and improvements.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the batteries and UPS systems market.
  • Craft and present compelling proposals and sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
