This role is for renovation of existing commercial properties i.e. Cinemas and includes managing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring quality delivery on time.

Role Summary

  • Lead full project lifecycle: planning execution handover
  • Manage contractors, vendors & architects to ensure on-time delivery
  • Control budgets, track CAPEX & approve change orders
  • Drive quality, safety & compliance at every stage
  • Act as the key client contact, ensuring expectations are met
  • Identify risks early and implement solutions

Eligibility Criteria

  • Degree/Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
  • 812 years' fitout project experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction systems (HVAC, electrical, interiors)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD/BIM, MS Project/Primavera, SAP
  • Leadership, communication & financial management skills
  • Willingness to travel and manage projects end-to-end
