Location – Chennai/ Madurai

Experience - Fresher/Experience

Education – 10th/12th

Preference - Female

Key

Responsibilities:

Perform Beauty Treatments

1. Execute specialized skin, hair, and B-Line treatments, and regular beauty services like threading, bleaching, and waxing.

Client Consultation and Sales

1. Provide skincare advice and soft sell beauty packages and products. Upsell as per need and cross sell into Derma and Slimming as per need.

Hygiene and Maintenance

1. Sterilize and maintain equipment, organize raw ingredients, and handle beauty tools responsibly.

Client Referrals

1. Recognize and refer clients with skin/hair issues to the appropriate experts.

Administrative Tasks

1. Schedule appointments, maintain beauty records, and generate required reports.

Continuous Improvement

1. Attend staff and training meetings, upgrade skills, and multitask as needed.

2. To be responsible to pass on any lost and found items immediately to the Centre Head.

(NOTE: Willing to work in shifts, accept additional responsibilities, comfortable with transfers to other locations).
