Role Description

We are looking for an
HR Intern
to support our growing team.

This is a
remote, unpaid internship
where you'll get first-hand exposure to HR operations in a fast-scaling startup. Your role will include:

  • Assisting in recruitment & selection processes (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews)
  • Helping maintain employee records & HR documentation
  • Supporting onboarding and induction processes
  • Assisting in performance tracking & weekly reporting
  • Contributing to employee engagement initiatives & culture building

Qualifications

  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills
  • Organizational and time-management abilities
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Pursuing/recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
