About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and client-focused
Wellness & Sales Consultants
to join our slimming and wellness centers across Tamil Nadu. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of wellness practices, weight-management solutions, and must be confident in sales conversions. You will be responsible for guiding clients on wellness plans while achieving monthly sales targets.

Locations: Madurai, Coimbatore, Erode, Trichy, Salem, Vellore

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Wellness & Client Management

  • Conduct detailed wellness and lifestyle assessments for new and existing clients.
  • Design personalized slimming, diet, and wellness plans.
  • Monitor client progress and provide regular follow-up and support.
  • Recommend suitable treatments, programs, and wellness services.

Sales & Revenue Responsibilities

  • Convert walk-ins and inquiries into program enrollments.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the center.
  • Present programs, pricing, and benefits clearly to clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive referrals and renewals.
  • Support center-level promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree/Diploma in Nutrition, Wellness, Life Sciences, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1–3 years of experience in slimming, wellness, fitness, healthcare, beauty, or sales roles.
  • Strong sales orientation with proven ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with the ability to build trust and rapport.
  • Motivated, energetic, and willing to learn wellness concepts (training provided).
