Inviting applications for the role of AVP Solution Architect – OCR (Capture)
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to make intuitive high-level product specifications with attention to system integration and feasibility compliant to Infosec and SOC audit. Strong technical background and excellent IT skills along with exposure of project management life cycle. Experience in designing high quality representations for functional and user interface.
Should be an excellent communicator and able to translate solution and integration models.

Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

•    Develop solution blueprints integrating Agentic AI frameworks (autonomous agents for classification, validation, and workflow orchestration).

•    Define end-to-end solution architectures integrating Azure components — AI Services, Logic Apps, Function Apps, Data Factory, and Event Hub.

•    Collaborate with data science teams for model customization, fine-tuning, and retraining strategies.

•    Ensure alignment of technical design with business goals, scalability requirements, and compliance standards.

Implementation & Delivery Support

•    Support implementation teams in building and deploying AI and OCR models in production environments.

•    Provide technical leadership across project phases — from POC to deployment and performance optimization.

•    Define non-functional requirements (NFRs) including security, scalability, and reliability.

•    Lead design reviews, risk assessments, and architecture governance sessions.

•    Use tools and methodologies to create representations for interface and integration feasibility.

•    Oversee assigned programs (overall solution / architecture level review) 

•    Assist with solving technical problems when they arise

•    Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure 

•    Coordinate with IT and Business teams

Agentic AI & Automation Enablement

•    Architect and deploy Agentic AI systems capable of autonomous document classification, exception handling, and decision support.

•    Integrate AI agents with workflow orchestration tools (Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, or custom orchestration engines).

•    Identify process automation opportunities within AP and shared service workflows.

•    Establish feedback loops for continuous model learning and accuracy improvement.
Stakeholder & Collaboration

•    Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and client IT teams to translate business problems into technical architectures.

•    Present architecture proposals and solution designs to leadership and clients.

•    Provide guidance to development and implementation teams on best practices for AI and cloud architecture

•    Understand client's requirement and architect system specifications.

•    Plan and design structure of a technology solution and determine functional requirements.

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

•    BE/B Tech/ MCA/BCA 

•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

•    Proven experience as a Solution Architect

•    Hands-on experience with software development and system administration

•    Understanding of strategic IT solutions

•    Experience in project management and cloud technologies (VMware, S3, BLOB, Azure, AWS etc.,)

•    Outstanding communication and presentation skills

•    High quality organizational and leadership skills

•    Problem-solving aptitude
