We are hiring a result-driven Telesales Executive to handle outbound calls to prospective students. The role focuses on building genuine interest over the phone and bringing students to the academy for counselling and admission discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Call potential students from provided leads.
  • Present course information clearly and persuasively.
  • Build interest and convert calls into academy visits.
  • Maintain accurate call logs and follow-up records.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly visit and conversion targets.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of telesales or counselling experience (education preferred).
  • Strong communication and convincing skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
  • Confident, disciplined, and target-oriented personality.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel / CRM tools).
