We are looking for skilled Rigging Artists to join our animation team. The ideal candidates should have strong technical expertise in character and creature rigging, along with a solid understanding of animation principles. You will be responsible for creating efficient, intuitive rigs that allow animators to bring characters to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality character, creature, and prop rigs for 3D animation.
• Develop control rigs that support realistic movement and facial expressions.
• Work closely with modelers and animators to ensure rigs meet production needs.
• Troubleshoot and refine rigs to maintain smooth performance during animation.
• Implement skinning, weighting, and deformation solutions for characters.
• Optimize rigs for performance and compatibility with the production pipeline.
• Collaborate with the technical team to develop tools and scripts to improve rigging workflows (optional).
• Ensure rigs meet studio standards and are delivered on schedule.

Skills & Requirements

• 1–3+ years of experience as a Rigging Artist (or strong demo reel for freshers).
• Strong understanding of anatomy, deformation, and animation fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Maya (must).
• Experience in skinning, weight painting, and creating both FK/IK systems.
• Basic knowledge of modeling and animation workflows.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to debug technical issues.
• Knowledge of Python/MEL scripting is a plus (not mandatory).
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to production needs.

Bonus Skills (Optional)

• Experience with facial rigging systems.
• Knowledge of Blender, 3ds Max, or other 3D software.
• Understanding of game engine constraints (Unity/Unreal).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
